Card Tricks Summary:
One of your audience point a card from
a spread deck of card. You take that
card, slip it in the middle of the
deck. You reverse the deck, knock the
deck. Magically the pointed card go
through from the middle of the deck to
the top of the deck.

Take one deck of card. Then spread the cards - face down with both hands (arrange the cards in your hands so it looks like a fan). Spread the cards slowly one by one, to make your audience feel that each "spread" contain only one card.

Go Through The Deck

Step1 Take one deck of card, spread the cards - face down with both hands (arrange the cards in your hands so that looks like a fan). Spread the cards slowly one by one, to make your audience feel that each "spread" contain only one card.

Step2 Show (raise) the cards to the audience.

Put your right thumb on first card and your index finger on second card. Then while you show (raise) the cards to the audience, slide the first card behind the second card with your thumb (Just move a bit the both of your thumb that holds the first card to your left). Act natural, don't let your audience know you slide the card.

Now the first card (from the left) audience see is actually the second card. The real first card is hidden behind it.

Step3 Ask your audience to pick a card by mentioning how many cards he/she wants from the left.

For example, your audience tell you he pick the 4th card from the left. Then You point the 4th card from the back (don't look what card he choose), and say "The 4th card from the left, this one". Then after that you slide the spread cards and make it one pile in your hand - face down deck.

Then draw the card one by one (while counting) from the top of the deck/pile into another pile. In this case you will count to 4 by saying it while you draw. The last card should be the pointed card.

Step4 Take the second pile (the one that contain 4 cards), slip it in the middle of the first pile. Now the pointed card is in the middle of the deck. Turn the deck into face-up deck.

Step5 Put the face-up deck on the table or something, then knock the top of the deck. Turn the deck into face-down deck. Flip one card on the top of face-down deck, and there the pointed card, go through from the middle of the deck to the top of the deck.
